PRINCIPAUX DÉTERMINANTS DES RISQUES PSYCHOSOCIAUX (RPS) SUR LE LIEU DE TRAVAIL AU MAROC

Abstract : Psychosocial risks (PSR), because of their human nature, do not spare any community. They are particularly preponderant in workplaces around the world. Morocco, a developing Arab-Muslim country, is no exception to this phenomenon. Moroccan workers suffer from RPS under social and economic pressure and under the silence of the legislator. PSR studies have been developed significantly over the last ten years in Morocco, but in a relatively uncoordinated manner. A detailed analysis of the existing literature allows us to make a first point on the main determinants and manifestations of these risks. Our first results highlight the characteristics of the PSR particularly marked, that we propose to enlighten with contextual elements of the Moroccan work environment.
