Imaging growth as a predictor of grade of malignancy and aggressiveness of IDH-mutant and 1p/19q-codeleted oligodendrogliomas in adults

Abstract : We quantified the spontaneous imaging growth rate of oligodendrogliomas. We assessed whether (i) it discriminates between World Health Organization (WHO) grade II and grade III oligodendrogliomas, and (ii) grade III oligodendrogliomas with neo-angiogenesis are associated with more fast growth rates (≥8 mm/y).
